P.I.G. – Santa Teresa Gallura – May 1–3

P.I.G. (Primo Maggio in Gallura) is a lively event taking place in Santa Teresa Gallura from May 1 to 3, 2025. For three days, the historic center will come alive with food and wine stands, live music, performances, and workshops — offering an immersive experience of local flavors and Gallurese traditions.


Palio della Stella – May 10, 2025 (Ruoni)

The 2025 Palio della Stella takes place in Ruoni, just a few kilometers from Santa Teresa di Gallura. Organized by the Cavalieri di Lungoni with the support of the local municipality, this thrilling equestrian competition celebrates Gallurese traditions. Riders, mounted on their horses, race to pierce a suspended star along the route, demonstrating skill and precision.


Feast of San Pasquale Baylon – May 17–18, 2025 (Luogosanto)

Less than 30 minutes from Santa Teresa di Gallura, the town of Luogosanto hosts the traditional celebration of Saint Pasquale Baylon.

The festival includes evocative processions, religious ceremonies, and evenings filled with traditional Sardinian dances and open-air concerts. A wonderful chance to experience the authenticity of Gallura and taste local specialties.


Rally Italia Sardegna 2025 – June 5–8

From June 5 to 8, Olbia and northern Sardinia will host the 22nd edition of Rally Italia Sardegna — the sixth round of the World Rally Championship.
The race route passes right in front of La Littighedda as part of a three-day format, with 16 special stages and 324 km of timed dirt roads.

I Martedì del Borgo – June 2025 (Aggius)

In the charming mountain village of Aggius, nestled in the heart of Gallura, “I Martedì del Borgo” (Tuesdays in the Village) are celebrated every Tuesday evening starting in June.

During the event, you can sample the famous myrtle liqueur, traditional sweets made with berries, and many other local specialties. The evening is accompanied by folk music and street performances, creating a lively and authentic atmosphere.


Gallura Buskers Festival – July 9–12

The 2025 Gallura Buskers Festival will take place in Santa Teresa Gallura from July 9 to 12, transforming the historic center into a vibrant open-air stage.
Street artists and contemporary circus performers from all over the world will entertain audiences of all ages with free shows featuring juggling, acrobatics, magic, music, and puppetry.


Aglientu Summer Blues Festival – August 18–20

The Aglientu Summer Blues Festival is a major music event in northern Sardinia, held in the town of Aglientu (province of Sassari). The festival features a series of concerts by internationally renowned blues artists, creating a unique and engaging atmosphere for fans of the genre.


Feast of Our Lady of the Sea – August 2025 (Santa Teresa di Gallura)

A heartfelt and evocative celebration dedicated to the Madonna, protector of fishermen. The event culminates with a sea procession, where festively decorated boats parade along the coast of Santa Teresa.

An emotional event that ends with fireworks and live music in the main square.
